Spring 2012 Meeting- Tuesday, May 1

Come find us Tuesday, May 1st at 6pm at the Ephrata High School Media Center for our Spring 2012 meeting!

The Program:

Ephrata High School Librarians will share the evolution of the school library program, curriculum, and educational technologies employed in school libraries today. Attendees will enjoy a tour of the high school facility and see the print, media, and online collections as well as the “tech tools” used by faculty members and students to facilitate collaborative research projects, foster personal growth, and stimulate independent reading.

Appetizer: Mini Empanadas

Salad: House Salad [Baby greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, red peppers, onions, carrots w/dressing on the side]

Soup: Meatball Soup

Entrée: Chicken and Rice

Desserts: Assorted Pastries

Beverages: Ice Tea, Lemonade, Water

Cost is $15 for members and $17 for non-members (bring a friend!)

The Directions:

Ephrata High School is located at 803 Oak Blvd. Ephrata, PA.

Parking is available in front of the school in the lane off of Oak Blvd. Park in the spaces on the left or along the curb on the right. 

The media center is located on the second floor. As one enters the lobby, through the center front doors, the media center is directly above on the balcony on the second floor. There are stair cases to the right or the left of the office directly off of the lobby.
